Home of the Man from Snowy River
The Man From Snowy River Museum, situated in Corryong, brings to life the Pioneers of the Upper Murray. Jack Riley, a talented bushman, rests in the Corryong Cemetery and met Banjo Paterson who later wrote his ionic Australian poem.
The Museum display includes a replicate of Riley’s hut, his personal effects and many objects of significance from the Upper Murray.
